Abstract:

In the context of growing instability there is no more important task than timely organization of preventive protection against takeovers. The article proposes actions to protect companies from takeovers, but also notes that the timely organization of preventive protection against takeovers allows you to control the behavior of the subject of takeover by means of information influence.
