Abstract:

Scientific development of the triple helix model has led to the increased role of the scientific and educational environment in the innovative development intensification. Alongside this, development of information and communication technologies and the network economy causes the need to change the approach to the nature of interaction between participants of the triple helix model: universities, authorities and the business. A shift to horizontal relationships can be observed. In this regard, the author's interpretation of the concept of the “scientific and industrial educational network” formulated on the basis of the analysis of the existing scientific approaches to the study of network interactions in the education has been proposed. The author represents the concept of interactions and the role of main triple helix actors within functioning of the scientific and industrial educational network. Within the study, statistics of educational indices has been analyzed, as well as their influence on the innovative development. The character of interconnection between indices has been substantiated.
