Abstract:

Article considers issues of estimation and perspectives of innovative development of Russia. The present condition of research and technology field and low research and technology level restrain competitive opportunities of country. The drastic actions directed on development of efficient national innovation system and state innovation policy are needed. That is possible by use of opportunities of private-public partnership.
