When forming a modern personnel training system that would be adequate in relation to the needs of the economy undergoing transformation, the principles of individualization and the presence of alternatives in learning become relevant. For the elimination of the accompanying difficulties, the presence of alternatives in the proposed innovations and of a motivation system that would correspond to the changed needs of the students and lecturers is necessary. The use of computer technologies in the educational process facilitates intensification of all types of the educational work and its performance on the highest level; however, this can only be achieved in the presence of an intense methodological work of the teaching stuff. Computer technology of learning is the basis of education informatization that is also the main precondition for the society informatization. The analysis of new forms of work with the students demonstrates that the education content changes influence on the education forms, which considerably facilitates education intensification and improves the quality of the staff training.
