The paper identified and analyzed the gap between theory and practice of innovation management concepts to Russian enterprises. A model of the life cycle management concept, which is based on the studied works of Russian authors dedicated kaizen philosophy and concepts of lean manufacturing. Based on a study of more than 300 scientific works of domestic authors on the philosophy of kaizen and lean manufacturing concept shows the distribution of works by type of research and in stages according to model life-cycle management concept. As a result of the analysis as the most actual directions of further development of the philosophy of kaizen and lean manufacturing concepts in domestic science taking into account the requests of enterprises offered to develop a strategy and tools for the implementation of these concepts.
Highlights:
► between the views of the academic community and practitioners (managers and entrepreneurs), there follows a rigid division: scientists develop management with the theoretical positions and entrepreneurs focused on solving current problems perceiving proposed by the scientific community approach as a "theory", which does not account for, and can not solve their problems
► negative consequence of the contradiction between the theoretical management and business practices, on the one hand, the inefficient use of available resources of Russian companies, in which the technological equipment of increases, but the lag persists in improving organizational and management processes
► cause contradictions of science and practice of management is that the theoretical and practical part of the management concepts are interrelated through the development of strategies and implementation of management tools concept
► analysis of the works of Russian authors on the philosophy of kaizen and lean manufacturing concept has allowed to classify them into the following groups: review work and work with minimal or no scientific novelty novelty; practical work with the results of the implementation of innovative management concepts; analytical work, studying the problems of innovative management concepts and offering approaches to their solution; scientific and practical work to develop innovative management concepts
► to minimize the gap between theory and practice is especially urgent to develop a strategy and a unified tool of transition to the principles of the philosophy of kaizen and lean manufacturing concepts
