Abstract:

The article analyzes that in a highly competitive environment to achieve high performance is achieved through the use of technology reengineering of business processes, based on the principles of the process approach to management. The expediency of construction and application of a strategy focused on CALS-technologies, in terms of integration of management tasks into a single information space. The technique of selecting the best version of reengineering of business processes, allowing you to build in accordance with the chosen strategy reengineering set of economic and mathematical models of business processes focused on the situation "as it should be."

Highlights:

► within the framework of re-engineering business processes to minimize the regulatory and control actions in the technological and industrial process control system is in terms of the effectiveness of cost-effective, since these effects are associated with the costs in the creation and production of wealth (product and process innovations)
► activity of the enterprise, based on the CALS-technologies, involves the formation of a joint industry and government strategy aimed at re-engineering of existing business processes, however, such a strategy provides a highly automated formation of a single integrated process lifecycle management generated technological (process and product) innovation
► with increasing competition in the use of CALS-technology strategy is a prerequisite for the dynamic development of knowledge-intensive industries, so it is advisable to use in problems of business process management integration into a single information space
► in the enterprise development objectives relevant methodology and selection of practical tools that allow for the performance indicators to compare the options and choose the re-engineering for the implementation of the number of competing options for the most appropriate option
► mathematical tools that can be used to assess the effectiveness of reengineering of business processes, it is game theory, which developed some approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of different strategies when "game against nature"
► method of selection of the best variant of reengineering business processes will build according to the chosen strategy of reengineering the totality of economic and mathematical models of business processes focused on the situation "as it should be"
