The brief summary. The article considers the problems of identification of suicidal risk and prevention of suicidal behavior in older individuals, resulting from social exclusion. Experience working in an outpatient setting to identify levels of mental adaptation in dynamics with a view to improving the quality of life and to detect and prevent suicidal behaviour in the elderly.
