Abstract:

The main focus of the author of the article is the issue of influence of health environment of Bauman MSTU on the formation of students’ self-regulation. The relationships between indicators of self-regulation, efficiency of performance, and activity of students is shown. The expediency of introducing various trainings for students, focused on developing self-regulation skills, is determined. The study shows that formation of an autonomous operating style and a high level of subjective control can influence the performance, activity and emotional stability of students.
