Abstract:

The article reflects the role of innovative clusters for the economic development of Russian regions, for the increased competitiveness of companies that proves the relevance of the study's subject. The issue of the sustainable development of the innovative clusters is studied on the basis of the complex approach. The study contains theoretical aspects of the essence of innovative clusters, advantages for the development of the regional economy based on the cluster approach, specific features of interaction between the state and the commercial sections. The analytical part of the study contains the horizontal and the vertical analysis of expenses to technological innovation and the correlative and regressive analysis of the dependence of the development of regions where innovative clusters operate on the expenses to technological innovations. As a result of the study, the positive dependence is determined and conclusions are drawn about the need in the further development and support of innovative clusters located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
