Abstract:

The article investigates the important scientific and technical problem, which is essential for industrial and commercial enterprises, and the consideration of methodological bases of purposeful formation of requirements for footwear for teenagers. We consider the concept of security of the goods in terms of technical regulation. The role of national standards and their relationship with the technical regulations, and that the application of national standards on a voluntary basis is a sufficient condition for compliance with the relevant technical regulations. An order establishing the nomenclature of mandatory requirements to products, including, and footwear for teenagers. With the system positions disclosed problems, the consideration of which will enable evidence-based cover the main areas of methodological approaches to the formation of the requirements for footwear for teenagers.


Highlights:

► shoes for teenagers should be light, comfortable, does not restrict movement, conform to the shape and size of the foot
► bound fulfill the requirements of standards, on the one hand, the initiative shackled to a certain degree, but on the other - allowed to widely disseminate innovative technical and technological solutions
► excessive regulation of the technical requirements for products and production processes has a negative impact on entrepreneurship development
► binding are only those requirements for products, including footwear for teenagers and related production processes, socks, storage, transportation, storage, sale, disposal, and also packaging, labeling and the rules of their application, which are included in technical regulations
► rationing mandatory requirements ... contribute to the conditions of developing market relations, improvement of enterprises independence, freedom of choice of organizational forms and methods of management, the integration of the national economy into the world economic system
► mandatory requirements for footwear for teenagers, in relation to indicators of its functional properties, should be established taking into account the degree of risk of harm to the health of adolescents
