Abstract:

The article analyzed the concept of classification and differentiation of company's corporate standards. We consider the schemes of the developing the system of management accountability in the context of a fixed corporate standards. It disclosed the consequence of stages of development of corporate standards and a mechanism for its effects on the activities of the company. Conclusions about the direct relationship between the elements of the organizational culture of the company and existing corporate standards are made.
