Abstract:

The author discusses the issues of project management automation in the organizational structures of enterprises based on distributed automation systems consisting of universal models. The structure of project planning tasks in an organizational structure has been formed. This structure includes local planning tasks in the elements and also the tasks of coordination of decisions. These tasks are solved in the designated basic information structures that are aggregated and disaggregated in accordance with the hierarchical organizational structure of the enterprise. For the formation of plan-related decisions, modified calendar resource network model is used. This model enables flexible criteria formation and allows to use regular optimization methods. The algorithms of coordination are based on iterative aggregation method adapted to non-linear tasks with use of a calendar resource network model and applied to dynamically formed standard two-level organizational structures.
