Abstract:

Successful business development is the main target of each enterprise. However business is developed only if management has sufficient information about its opportunities, i.e. about its economic strength. The estimation of this information is essential. Index method is offered in this work, the foundation of which is index computation of resulting factors of enterprise activity considering implementation of its opportunities. The opinion is given that considered index method allows to estimate enterprise reserves and directed on efficiency improvement of management decision making.
