Abstract:

Under conditions of the economic crisis and dropped oil and gas prices, cost reduction for mining and transportation of the hydrocarbon material becomes more relevant. The prime cost of the hydrocarbon material is influenced by costs related to the inventory and logistics management of the industry. The inventory and logistics management of the affiliated companies of PJSC “Gazprom” has its own specifics: purchase of the raw material, inventories and all necessary equipment are provided by the centralized supplier – LLC “Gazprom komplektatsia”. Sparsity, remoteness and diversity of operational areas makes the resource provision procedure in gas industrial companies more difficult. The analysis of the condition of the resource provision in the gas industrial company allows to determine main measures that increase effectiveness of its operation.
