Abstract:

The article analyses the achieved results of reforms in the agrarian sphere of Uzbekistan using the official statistics. The paper describes the problems of food security, determines the conditions for ensuring the country's food security. We elaborated recommendations on concrete institutional measures aimed at improving various aspects of food security in Uzbekistan.
