Abstract:

Venture capital helps young innovation companies to develop and influences on the establishment of the investment economies of different countries, including Russia. In this article the author has analyzed the state of the Russian market of venture capital in 2014–2015 and came to conclusion that the domestic market is poorly developed and lags behind the markets of the developed countries. The author has also emphasized the main problems complicating further development of the domestic venture market and proposed possible solutions thereof.
