Abstract:

The article provides a broad analysis of notions “entrepreneurial environment”, “innovative environment” and demonstrates their specific characteristics. The author has introduced the notion “innovative-entrepreneurial environment” and substantiated the key influence of all the factors of the innovative-entrepreneurial environment (both contributing and constraining ones) on the sustainable development of the innovational entrepreneurship. The state’s functions in the development of an innovative-entrepreneurial environment have been specified. The author has systematized the main forms and methods of state influence on the entrepreneurial activities of the innovational type and substantiated the need for state regulation and support of the innovational entrepreneurship. The need for state regulation and support of the innovational entrepreneurship has been substantiated. The notion of governmental stimulation of entrepreneurship towards innovational activities has been revealed. Mutual influence of entrepreneurial environment and business entities has been substantiated, because in this process one of the main systematicity principles is realized – feedback.
