Abstract:

The article gives the characteristics of the concept of the bank plastic card. Types of bank plastic cards and their security levels have been studied. Modern security issues of plastic cards have been detected. It is the security of plastic cards that is one of most important issues for the Russian payment service. The article may be useful to students, postgraduate students, researchers and lecturers interested in issues of economic security in the field of plastic card turnover as well as to actual and potential users of plastic cards.
