Abstract:

An investigation of the application of process management is important for JSC "RZD" in the period of restructuring activities. In result of analysis revealed the effectiveness of the cost management system of the Directorate for capital repair and reconstruction of electrification and power supply of Railways for the provision of specialized services in the field of capital repairs and reconstruction of facilities for RZD Holding and third-party customers.
