Abstract:

Disclosed the relevance of the use of developmental approaches to personnel management in the context of the innovation economy. Proposed as the basis for developing approach to the management staff to use staff intellectualization. An author's definition of «intellectualization personnel» given. Proposed by the authors’ approach to the evaluation of intellectual potential utilization rate of the organization (personnel).
