The article discusses the mechanism of financial planning used at the implementation of the innovational projects in the sphere of radioelectronic industry. Any independent economic actor sets the efficiency of the implemented processes (with account of the current situation) and permanent quality increase of this process as one of the primary tasks. For task solution there is a need for a clear structuring of the whole financial information regarding the enterprise’s innovation activities, which is possible within the frames of financial planning method. The tasks of structuring of the financial information flows as an instrument for increasing the data relevance are particularly important in the sphere of managerial decision-making in the investment sector of industry. The mechanism of data structuring has the most complicated form in scale of an organizationally complex system of improving the industries that are important for the state. Presently, the methods of structuring of the information flows on the basis of financial forecasting and creation of hierarchical systems for achieving financial goals of investment projects are the most expedient ones.
