Abstract:

The article discusses the peculiarities and drawbacks of laws related to consumer lending, private bankruptcies and debt collection and presents the directions aimed at improving current legislation, taking into account the international experience. The presented results have great practical significance for decreasing the level of overdue indebtedness in the banking system. This article will be of interest for Master’s students and bachelors, state and municipal officers.
