Abstract:

The article presents the results of the analysis of dissertations on the study of self- regulation and personal reliability engineering specialists. The analysis of the existing models of self- regulation is carried out and determinants of individual style of self- regulation of the expert are defined. The opportunity of use of self-control for ensuring psychophysical wellbeing and personal reliability of experts is offered.
