Abstract:

This article researches psychological training as a mean to adapt students to learning in Bauman Moscow State Technical University. The article highlights the range of problems that arise during the period of adaptation of freshmen. It shows the effectiveness of psychological training as a health-protection and wellness technology. The study authors show that developed and applied in practice by specialists of the Department " Health-protection technologies and adaptive physical culture" of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University psychological trainings are considered as effective means of improving academic achievement, health promotion and help in adaptation of students to learning.
