Abstract:

The article studies the issue of food security from the position of increase in the share of foreign capital in the agrarian sector of Russia. As a result of laborious task to collect information on the owners of agricultural enterprises, the authors calculated the specific weight of foreign capital in plant growing and in livestock breeding. In addition, we obtained the analytical table on key agricultural products. In the end we drew a conclusion about the magnitude of the threat to Russia's food security following the increase in the factor under consideration.
