Abstract:

The service industry demonstrates growth even in the conditions of the modern crisis. Kazakhstan lags behind in terms of the growth rate of service economy. However, a new ambitious program for service industry development has been approved. It is planned that this program will enable this economy sector to reach the point of 60% of the state’s GDP. The author studies internal connections in various service industry sectors, allowing the state to solve the problem of the priority formation of service clusters and, thus, the business community will be able to appreciate the benefits of network unions in the service industry.
