Abstract:

The article is dedicated to the analysis and assessment of possible ways to improve the efficiency of vertically integrated stock model of Moscow Exchange, OJSC, through acquisition of a high-tech participant of the registrar service market with subsequent trend formation aimed at consolidation the registrar service market.
