Abstract:

The authors discuss the problems of ensuring efficiency of social partnership in work aimed at salary regulation. They have formulated and revealed the system of factors influencing on the development of social partnership in the sphere of labor remuneration. The causes that suppress this development have been explained. Based on the performed study, the authors have proposed recommendations to improve social partnership in the sphere of labor remuneration and presented the expected result of the implementation. This work is of interest for the researchers in the field of social-labor relationships.
