Polling of Kazakhstan businessmen enables to assess the influence on the real business. They believe that subjective causes prevail. The latter can be overcome through use of strategies of possibilities. Underestimation of the objective macroeconomic character of the world crisis, mistrust towards the state and overestimation of own capabilities lead to unreasonably wide use of cost-intensive management strategies. The authors suggest that the domestic entrepreneurs should consider possible alternatives to change management strategies based on the operational evaluation.
