Abstract:

The European Union is the most important Russian partner in the international investment exchange where interests of Russian investors are guarded by bilateral investment agreements. The article reviews complex and contradictory process of reformation of the investment policy in the EU after signing of the Treaty of Lisbon that may increase legal and political risks of investment projects implemented in the EU countries.
