Abstract:

Article considers grading system of appointments which could be implemented in any consulting company activity. Additions to Hey’s method, one of methods of appointments description, is offered. Present work is actually the first case study of appointment grading in consulting companies and is served to further development of appraisal system, motivation, personnel selection and training.
