Abstract:

The article has analyzed the current situation of the innovative activity in the Russian Federation. The author has made the conclusion that nowadays there is the gap between the innovative idea and the practical application of results of its development. To solve such issue, the author of the article has suggested the model for interaction of the inventor with the educational field, science and the industrial field as well as the model for transfer of military technologies to civil industries. Models determine stages for development of the innovative idea, their description and the short characteristic are given. Positions declared in the article may draw attention and become the subject for the practical study by researchers in the field of innovative technologies development, integration processes of the social, economic and innovative directions as well as to scientists who study ways and methods for acceleration of the country's innovative development.
