The sequence of the change of cultural stages during movement of the company along stages of its lifecycle is proven. It is shown that the process of development of the company's culture has the cumulative nature and means the gradual replacement of the power regulation by the cultural one. The effect of subcultures in certain subdivisions of the company on the process of formation of its business culture is analyzed.
