Abstract:

In this article, the bases of the sustainable agriculture development system and development tendencies related to the creation of an environment for the unobstructed flow of information in agriculture and institutes of rural infrastructure have been discussed. The need for development of entrepreneurship in agriculture and of market relationships that still remain unformed has also been noted. The author also discusses the role of the state institutes that are obliged to develop and implement agrarian reforms and regulation methods.

Highlights:

► the development of agriculture is predetermined by the necessity to form new efficient infrastructural units of the information economy and provision of the population with food of proper quality and in sufficient quantities
► the development prospects of agriculture consist of two possible ways: the first is the influence of the managerial and administrative system expressed through agrarian policy; the second is the development of various unions and institutes for the creation and development of a sustainable and efficient system of agriculture
► unfortunately, at the present time the state policy is not efficient enough, which forms a complex problem
► for further development it is necessary to identify the directions and development tendencies related to the necessary "information sufficiency", as well as transparency and creation of the environment for the unobstructed flow of information in agriculture and in the institutes of agricultural infrastructure
► unobstructed flow of information in the modern system of social and economic relationships is the key direction without which no competitive development on the level of enterprises, regions, personality or the society in general is possible
