The article presents the algorithm of transition of a transnational concern’s subsidiary to modern management fads under the conditions of limited resources and strong competition. The case study of Veverská Bítýška, a subsidiary of the company Hartmann – Rico, a.s. which consists of three enterprises in the Czech Republic, illustrates the use of the aggregate method of decomposition of a high-tech enterprise’s organizational structure. The structure of a focus strategy development is presented. Based on the functional decomposition method and the results of the conducted diagnosis, the author proposes the development structure of a strategy for production costs reduction by means of lean production.
