Abstract:

Object of study is the institutional environment; its subject is the institutional environment graph between the edges of which are located functional areas that in the aggregate form the institutional environment. The purpose of the paper is to describe the institutional environment graph formation process as per the adopted model; to define the potential of square-factors and the integrity of the formed institutional environment; to characterize the institutional environment graph. The study is based on graph theory and probability theory.
