Abstract:

The article reviews increasing of the investment attractiveness of Russian regions as the method to achieve goals of the regional social and economic development aimed for increasing of wealth and life standards of its citizens, assistance to the business development and implementation of other investment projects. Priority directions for partnership of the government and the business for the purpose of social and economic development of Russian regions are implementation of big-scale, ambitious projects and introduction of effective and high-quality mechanisms to the management system. The especially important task is provision of investment projects scheduled for implementation on the territory with staff members and middle-level experts that meet needs of investors to the quality of their training. This study may be useful for activity of federal executive authorities and government authorities of the Russian Federation subjects that are responsible for implementation of the governmental policy in the sphere of investment attraction, social and economic development and staff assistance.
