Abstract:

The author analyses modern tendencies of innovative activity development in Russia. He researches condition for investments in production. The author raises a topical question about an absence of demand for innovations in the country, and also the question about imperfection of legislative regulation of innovative activity. He offers to increase innovative activity taking into account works of other researchers and on the basis of operating Russian legislation.
