Abstract:

The article reviews the process of transition between stages of the life cycle during development of small and medium business companies. Based on the empiric research data and as a result of the analysis of various company life cycle models existing today, possible methods of development of small and medium business companies are reviewed. This article is aimed for owners of small and medium business companies, their general and commercial directors, as well as for researchers who study issues of the company life cycle.
