Abstract:

The author discusses the essence and peculiarities of the economic and legal security of crediting of legal entities, describes the risks and their place in the general system of bank management. The peculiarities of the modern bank crediting have been identified; the modern structure of the long-term credit portfolio of commercial banks has been analyzed. It is concluded that in spite of the positive tendencies on the market of long-term credits the investment crediting volumes of enterprises in the analyzed period (2008–2014) are insufficient, and the banks in the given period formed a long-term credit portfolio largely due to the mortgage. The author has characterized the main dangers to the economic and legal security of the bank activities at crediting of legal entities.
