Abstract:

Since the year 2014, the number of non-tariff measures introduced by Russia against individual third countries has rapidly grown thus the determination of the import value which is included to non-tariff measures introduced by Russia and its dynamic are very important. This article analyses the number of commodity items and import volumes prone to the effect of non-tariff measures introduced by Russia against individual countries with the help of building of frequency indices and coverage indices.
