Abstract:

The model of an economic person is the leading one in the economic science and in real life. The maximum meeting of needs with limited and continuously decreasing resources predicts historical limits of the civilization. The article notes that discovery of the social inexhaustible resources, such as continuously developing intellectual abilities of millions of creative people, creates conditions for the optimistic and thriving future. The article draws the conclusion that emergence of creative people directly depends on the practical implementation of the theory for the system democratization of property relations. Materials of the article may be useful for the experts who develop prospect models of the country's social and economic development.
