Abstract:

The central issue of the study is leasing, but not leasing as it is, as an individual phenomenon, but as the innovative investment resource within the system of updates of the main means of the housing and public sector. The purpose of the study is the proof of methods used for development of leasing procedures in the sphere of housing and public utilities. Methodological base of the article is based on the system and the resource and potential approach to the object and the subject under study. Implementation of suggested investment solutions will help to increase effectiveness of the housing and public companies' business. Results of the research may be useful to management, investment and finance experts that solve issues of the housing and public system's reformation and attraction of investments to this sector. Main highlights and materials of the article may also be used during the training process during studying the courses of investment, leasing, economy of the company.
