Abstract:

The article proves reasonability of creation, main functions and tasks of engineering companies in the field of high-tech metallurgy and mechanical engineering as exemplified by Novosibirsk Region. Main types of works (services) of the engineering company are given, their competitiveness is reviewed from the position of uniqueness and complexity. Results of the study may be used for improvement of methodology for formation and practice of engineering infrastructure's development in high-tech branches of industry.
