Abstract:

This article views the local real estate market as one of most important ones within the system of city local market which effective functioning and development should enable solution of the whole range of issues in modern cities. In this regard, the special attention is paid to factors that determine development of local real estate markets: the study suggests the classification of such factors and determines specific factors that are mostly seen in the space of cities. This article will be interested to master students, postgraduates and researchers that study development issues of cities and real estate markets as well as to regional and local administrative bodies.
