Abstract:

The main goal of municipal institute is not solution of global geo political issues, but protection of people leaving on particular territory, rising of life quality, strengthening of social health and creation of favorable habitat. This is possible on condition of usage of social creative potential of people and self-development of a person, which may be stimulated by formation and development of knowledge based economy in municipal institutes.
