Abstract:

Successful modernization of the Russian economy and enhancing innovation requires conditions for effective development of small innovative enterprises. Innovative development management in the region is of increasing importance. The article deals with the practice of development of small innovative enterprises in the region, stresses the importance of achieving sustainable interaction of all participants in the innovation process and the role of government in ensuring that cooperation. The findings of the paper may be used in the elaboration of the strategy of innovative development of the region and for further study of increasing the competitiveness of small innovative enterprises.
