Abstract:

The article discusses the main issues of evaluating the end use elements in constant prices. The author raises the issue of summarizing international and Russian best practices of improving the methodology for calculation of national account indices and interindustry balances in constant prices. The author highlights the significance of bringing macroeconomic indices to comparable evaluation to obtain the general picture of the reproduction process, controlling the national economy and carrying out forecast and analytical calculations of structural economic changes. The work may be useful for scientific and research institutions, as well as governmental statistical organizations.
