Abstract:

As global practice shows no institute of higher education can live alone under conditions of globalization and development of market relations. Under these conditions integration processes in the sphere of higher education become inevitable. We need to create united network environment of management, cooperation and integration at short notice to raise efficiency and promote in the sphere of higher education. This will allow solving many issues of modernization in the sphere of higher education.
