Abstract:

The article is dedicated to the discussion of the issues of participative management as motivational components constituting labor remuneration. Structural components of the process of participative management implementation at the enterprises have been presented, and the main elements enshrined in regulatory documents within the frames of quality management of a large industrial enterprise of the Omsk region have been revealed. This article has a practical significance for the development of the participative management as an instrument of labor remuneration organization and may be of interest for scholars, postgraduate students, top managers and certain other professionals working at the industrial enterprises.
